Clifton S. Jordan

Jordan, Clifton S.- Passed away on June 24, 2008. He was a graduate of Howard University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a career Civil Servant. He is survived by his wife, Sally, son, John Young (Brenda), daughter Nancy Young (Roe Dias), sister Juanita Price, nephew Vaughn Price (Constance), niece Winona Scott, great nephews Rolland Price (Cara), Nelson Greene, Jr., and Wade Scott, and great niece Nina Greene. Preceded in death by brother Lorenzo Jordan, sisters Portia Bannister and Sylvia Scott and nieces Loretta Bannister and Judith Greene. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 PM on Friday, June 27, 2008 in Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until service time. Interment will be held in Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W.
