Mr. Clyde Mack Jacobs was born on October 14, 1924 to Clyde Jacobs and Beulah Dargen Jacobs in Florence, South Carolina.
Mack received his formal education through the Florence, South Carolina public school system. Mack concealed his true age of 16 years old and enlisted with the United States Army. He served his country from July 13, 1943 until honorable discharge on October 15, 1946.
Mack was a farm worker that traveled throughout the southeast, central east, and southwest regions along with the need for workers.
In 1990, Mack settled in Orlando, Florida and then later moved to Titusville, Florida. Clyde Mack Jacobs was truly a blessing to many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Jacobs, and mother, Beulah Dargen Jacobs. He was the last to depart of nine siblings. Mack never married and also had a son that preceded him in death.
He leaves behind a long list of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
