Conrado E. Torres, 86, departed this life peacefully on Saturday, March 25, 2017 in Orlando, FL. He was born on September 6, 1930 in Havana, Cuba to the late Fulgencio and Juana Castro-Torres.
He has been a longtime resident of Orlando, FL coming from West Palm Beach, FL. He worked for the Sugar Cane industry as a heavy equipment operator for most of his career. Conrado will be remembered as a hardworking and dedicated father who truly appreciated the gift of life.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Ramona Torres in 1998.
Conrado leaves wonderful memories to be cherished by his children, Jorge (Blanca) and Carlos (Jackie) Torres; grandchildren, Iris Morales, Ivette Williams, Stephan Torres and Destiny Torres; 14 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and a host of extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5PM to 7PM on Monday, April 3rd at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando with a funeral service to follow at 7PM. Interment will take place at 1PM on Tuesday, April 4th at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, 10941 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
