Consuelo Valentin

Consuelo "Charo" Valentin departed this life and graciously entered into the open arms of her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the age of 59. Fondly known as Charo, she was born in Manati, Puerto Rico on April 9, 1958 to the late Victor "Tito" Morales and Esperanza Rivera. She was one of fifteen children.

She has been a long time resident of Central Florida coming from the Bronx, NY. She had an extensive career with the U.S. Government which began with Immigration & Naturalization leading up to her role as a Management Assistant-Security Analyst at the Department of Treasury. Charo loved life, happiness, and quality time shared with her family and friends.

She leaves wonderful memories to be cherished by her husband of 41 years, Juan; children: Xiomara Allwood (spouse: Kenneth), Alexis Valentin (spouse: Jaritza) and Iramis Valentin; 7 siblings; 5 grandchildren: Kyara, Lorenzo, Elena, Zayden and Zelias; and her grand pup, Roman. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Her kind and precious soul will remain in our hearts forever.

Family & Friends will gather from 5PM to 9PM on Thursday, August 31st at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL with a Vigil Service beginning at 6PM. Graveside services will take place at 11AM on Friday, September 1st at Greenwood Cemetery, 1603 Greenwood St., Orlando, FL.
