Crystal T. Echevarria

December 30, 1961 — March 29, 2025

Crystal Lynn Echevarria, from Casselberry, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 29, 2025. She was 63. The daughter of Loretta Ryan and Gerald Taylor, Crystal was born on December 30, 1961 in South Bend, IN.

Crystal was a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She literally never met a stranger in her life. All who knew her loved her. She had the unique ability to make you laugh even if you didn’t want to laugh. She had a pure, joyful spirit that could be felt by anyone who was blessed by her presence. The kind of person that would do anything she could to help you. What was so cool about her was, even if it was the first time she met you, Crystal would look you directly in your eyes and really listen to what you had to say. She was as authentic as they came. Even though her gifting was service, and she enjoyed helping whenever she could, Crystal had a quick wittiness about her; aka smart aleck. She was extremely direct, brutally straightforward, a truly special one of a kind. She is survived by husband, Michael Echevarria; son, Shane Jones; granddaughter, Ema Mudica-Napier; niece, Dawn Skeels. Her son, Jimmy Lee Mudica; her sister, Deborah Skeels; mother, Loretta Clark; and her father, Gerald Taylor, preceded Crystal in death
