Dale Otis Gollhardt, 84, departed this life peacefully on Monday, October 17, 2016 in Orlando, Florida.
He was born April 4, 1932 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the son of the late Arno and Thora (Peterson) Gollhardt. Dale honorably served in the U.S. Air Force for 17 years.
Later in life, he helped his community by transporting elderly patients to and from healthcare facilities. Dale enjoyed traveling, cruising and being outdoors, especially when fishing or playing a round of golf.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Tomi; son, Ricky Gollhardt (Rhonda); step son, Joseph Stephen Wright (Jana); and 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchild. He was predeceased by his daughter, Terry Lynn Walters and step daughter, Candace Ann Meyers.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held from 11:30AM to 12:00PM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando following with a Celebration of Dale's Life to begin at 12:00PM. Inurnment will take place at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, Florida at a later date.
