Daniel C. Dierkes

Daniel C. Dierkes went to be with the Lord on November 9, 2024 at the age of 71. He was born in Michigan on March 26, 1953 to the late Walter E. Dierkes and Margaret M. Wheat. Daniel moved to Florida at the age of 14 where he pursued his life-long love of music and acting. An accomplished pianist, singer and all around musical genius he was known to many as Dan the Pianist, but those who knew him best called him Danny. 

Besides his music, Dan excelled at any endeavor he chose to pursue. He truly was a jack of all trades and a master of each! 

His music, his laughter and most of all his love will be missed by all. 

In addition to his parents, Dan was preceded in death by his brother Charles F. Dierkes and nephew Brian K. Eastin. 

He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Dierkes Robinson and husband Gary of Mount Dora, FL; his grandchildren Andrew Hassen of Windermere, FL and Alexa Hassen of Mount Dora, FL; his sister Susan Dierkes Galbraith of Grand Blanc, MI; his brother J. Michael Dierkes and wife Ellen of Roswell, GA, as well as, numerous cousins, 8 nieces and nephews and their children.
