Daniel Leroy Jackson, age 67, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at AdventHealth East Orlando Hospital.
He was born on April 18, 1957 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, son to his parents, Louise Johnson and the late Louis Christopher Stewart. Daniel was the loving husband to Gwendolyn (Carter) Jackson, who preceded him in death on May 1, 2022.
In addition to his mother, Louise Johnson; Daniel is survived by his three children, a daughter, Monique Jackson; and his twin sons, Marcel Jackson, and Mendell Jackson; three grandchildren, Kiante Jackson, Kamari Sanchez, and Kymani Jackson; four brothers, Calvin Glenn (Gwen), Kenneth Glenn, Randy Robinson, and Ronald Stewart (Yvonne); and two uncles, Lonnie Stewart, Jr. (Hattie), and Charlie Goar (Ida).
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Winter Park Chapel, 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, Florida 32792 with Apostle Dr. Will Wheat, officiating.
The services will be available via livestream by clicking here and will be able to be viewed for up to 90 days after the service date.
Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Winter Park Chapel.
Interment with full military honors will follow the services on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754.
