White, Daniel Anthony
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, son,
brother, uncle, and friend Daniel White, known to family as "Uncle D," and
to friends as "Dubs". Daniel was called home to be with his Creator on
April 28, 2018, at the age of 36 years.
Born in San Diego California on January 12, 1982, shortly thereafter
moving to Virginia where he spent his adolescent years cultivating close
relationships in Chesterfield. In early adulthood Daniel followed his family
to the sunshine state and became a longtime resident of Orlando Florida.
Regardless of where Daniel lived, his outing-loving personality enabled
him to make close friends and call his new surroundings home.
Daniel had many joys in life as he was an avid Charger and Laker fan, a
hobby that he shared with his biggest fan, his nephew Hezekiah. Daniel
also loved music and dancing, a passion he shared in the company of his
closest friends and anyone else for that matter within range of his
magnetic attraction. In the warm seasons, which in Orlando is clearly a
majority of the time, Daniel enjoyed boating and wake boarding whenever
the opportunity presented. Let's face it, no matter the activity, if it
involved getting together with friends and/or family to connect, spend
time and have fun Daniel was there. Daniel loved to be immersed in the
closeness of friends and family. In the presence of his radiant smile and
inviting company those that knew Daniel knew love.
Daniel was deeply loved by his ever present, beautiful mother Diana, the
source of his ability to love unconditionally. His father Tony, "Pops"
Mitchell-T, grandparents Isolde, Danny, Theresa and Howard; Aunt Debbie,
Uncle Ken, his sister Leonna, and his nephew Hezekiah, for whom "Uncle
D" was the center of all things. "Hezy", gleefully looked forward to every
opportunity he got to be with Uncle D. They have spent nearly every
summer and Christmas together over the past 11 years of Hezekiah's life, a
time filled with everlasting memories. Daniel is also loved dearly by his
extensive extended family and multitude of friends he's met thought his
years.
Daniel had a huge heart and generous spirit. He consistently cared for
others even at the expense of his own happiness. However, undoubtedly,
he loved his mother and to the best of his ability he was a dutiful son.
Although Daniel is physically gone from this earth his love and spirit are
omnipresent and will forever live on. Daniel is now our angel, watching
over us and protecting us, present whenever we call on him. Daniel is
closer to each of us, now more than ever. His soul has found peace and his
heart has found joy in the comfort of the Lord. Rest my sweet brother
knowing that we will all be ok, you will be forever loved and missed until
we meet again.
Calling hours will be held in Newcomers Funeral Home at East Orlando
Chapel, 895 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando Florida on Thursday May 3rd,
2018 from 4-8 pm. Come celebrating with us the beautiful life of our
beloved.
