David Thomas Cissel, of Winter Springs, Florida passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. He was born in District of Columbia, Washington on September 29, 1936 to parents Edward and Alberta B. Cissel.
He is survived by his daughters Alberta M. Gilbert, Maria R. Brilhante, sons Matthew B. Cissel, Edward D. Cissel and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday March 8, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – 335 East State Road 434, Longwood, Florida 32750.
