David Frank Mccumber

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of David Frank McCumber on February 11, 2024. Originally a Chicago, Illinois native, David transplanted to Florida in the 1970's. As a retired banker and active member of the Orlando community, he was also a lifetime member of the South Orlando Kiwanis's Club along with multiple other charities. David was also a board member for the YMCA, Florida Hospital (AdventHealth) Foundation. As a blood donor, he donated over 40 gallons of life saving blood. He was an avid reader, always on the search for more knowledge. He loved many of the classic books, authors, Edgar Allen Poe, Charles Dickens and so many more.

A dear friend, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and husband, he will be missed dearly. He is survived by his loving wife Anne of almost 40 years, 5 children, Lisa, Christie, Shawn, Shane and Becky, 8 grand children and 5 great grandchildren.
