Delores Ann Harper

Delores Ann Harper, age 87, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022.

Delores was the daughter of the late George O. Knight and Madeline Mary Knight. She was married to the love of her life Carl Wesley Harper for 66 years. Together they had 3 daughters and 1 son. She was a devoted wife and mother. Her family was her joy. She could always find the Blessings of this life. Motherhood was a serious job not taken lightly. She taught us how to love, be compassionate, and kind to all we meet. She loved to travel, cook and spend time with her family. Delores was an exceptional caregiver and she never met a stranger. She loved God and loved people. To know her was to love her.

She is survived by Daughters, Cheryl (Stanly) L. Zorn, Carla (Randy) A. Reynolds, and Lisa (Drake) J. Grable, Son, Mark (Janet) A. Harper, grandchildren, April (Larry) Murphy, Joseph (Katrine), Tyler Reynolds, Ashley Cobb, Marshall Grable, Derek Harper, Wayne Reynolds, Mason Grable, and Mitchell Grable, great-grandchildren, Brendon Murphy, Kymberlyn Murphy, Griffon (Mercedez) Murphy, Clint Zorn, Demitri Velazquez, Owen Velazquez, McKinleigh Cobb, and Brayden Cobb, great great-grandchildren, Alice and Amelia Murphy, and brothers, Dennis (Diane) Knight and Terry (Cindy) Knight.

Visitation is Friday, July 15, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm with funeral service starting at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel), 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, Florida 32792.

Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL.
