Benjamin Dennis Head, age 72, of Orlando, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Cornerstone Inpatient Hospice.
Dennis was born on November 19, 1945; son of the late Benjamin J. and Anne (Burzio) Head. Dennis was a loyal, loving and devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather. For over 30 years, he worked as a self-employed General Contractor for the company he founded, R.O.H. Construction, until he retired and transitioned into private consulting. He loved golfing, coaching baseball, rooting for his Alma-Mater (The University of Louisville), and spending time with his family and friends. He will also be remembered for his kindness to others and ability to connect with people in a very special way. He had strong faith and love for our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Bonnie Head; son, Dennis Head; two daughters, Melissa Head and Christina Armendariz; two brothers, Gene Head and David Head; a sister, Doreen Nuttel; and three grandchildren, Sophia Armendariz, Olivia Head and Carson Head.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Asbury United Methodist Church, 220 W. Horatio Ave, Maitland, FL 32751, with Rev. Mike Luzinski officiating.
Visitation will be on Monday at the church from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Burial will take place in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
