He was born on June 30, 1977 in East Meadow, New York. Dennis was a cook at Broadway Pizza in Orlando. He was always a comedian and loved to joke around. He loved to laugh and will always be remembered for his big smile. He also loved to dance, cook, play video games and watch movies.
Dennis was preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie M. Riscen and niece, Angelina Cook and is survived by his mother, Shirley Schmidt; father, Craig L. Schmidt, special friend, Jenilee Velez; sisters, Cindy Riscen and Heidi Riscen; brother, David Riscen; step-brother, Craig Schmidt and his wife, Kim and his nephew, Craig Schmidt, Jr.
