She was born on September 28, 1941 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to Miguel and Maria (Molina) Wagner who have both preceded her in death. Dominica was a retired Hairdresser and of the Catholic Faith.
Dominica is survived by her sons, Jose Miguel Lazala, Dan-el Lazala and Antonio Lazala; brother, Braulio Wagner; sister, Isabel Wagner; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
