Donald Heath O'Brien (52) passed away in Orlando on March 22, 2011. Donald was born in Orlando, Florida on August 15, 1958. He lived in various places on the East Coast during his life but Florida was home. He was the owner of O'Brien Custom Air, Inc. Donald was the son of Ruby O'Brien and Joseph O'Brien (deceased) of Columbia, SC. He was a loving father, wonderful brother and good friend. During his life he touched many people and changed their lives for the better. He taught us how to laugh, enjoy the moment, and didn't know a stranger. Donald was good natured, big hearted, and lovable to everyone. Everywhere he went people knew him. And, of course, he was very tan. He was always ready with some advice and a quick word of encouragement. Many of us were on the receiving end of his positive statements when we were down and out. He enjoyed every minute of his life. He loved riding his motorcycle and dancing to karaoke with friends. One of Donald's favorite expression was "We're not here for a long time but we're here for a good time" We know that he is in heaven having a great time and saving a spot for all of his friends and family.
He was survived by his mother, Ruby O'Brien (Columbia, SC), daughters Allyson and Abbygail O'Brien, siblings Ronald Mintz (Nancy- New Jersey), Cathy Barber (Steve- North Carolina), Linda Phipps (Dan- South Carolina) and loving girlfriend Pam Davidson (Orlando). He has many nieces and nephews.
As Donald has always said, "IT'S ALL GOOD!!!!!"
