Donna Gay Phillips, 67 of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed away on Friday, September 28, 2012. She was born on October 24, 1944 in Radnor, West Virginia to William Harvey and Bertie Combs Harvey. Donna moved to Central Florida in 1986. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
Donna is survived by her husband, Cecil Phillips Sr.; sons, David W. Phillips, Cecil Phillips Jr., John P. Phillips, and Ronnie L. Phillips; daughter, Tina Lynn Repass; brother, Gilbert Harvey; sisters, Jane Matheney, Polly Berry and Doris Hamilton and her grandsons, William Ralston, Austin Phillips,Brendan Phillips, and grandaughter Natalie Phillips.
