Doris Hellmann

Doris Marie Hellmann, 86, of Orlando Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2009. She was born March 23, 1923. She was married to her husband Raphael for 65 years, and raised 9 children (five daughters and four sons). Preceding her in death was her parents Casper and Mary, and her siblings: Robert, Irene and Fr. Don. She is survived by her husband, Ray and her brother Gaynard. Her children in birth order are: Rhea, Fr. Dave, Katie, Chris, Mariette, Frank, Donna, John, and Maggie. She also has 13 Grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Doris will be remembered for her love of God and family and her beautiful, never ending smile. She loved her home, gardening, sewing, crocheting, and travel, especially to Italy and the Vatican. She had a great devotion to our Blessed Mother. Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home at 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL 32822 on Thursday, Sept 3 between 6 –8 p.m. Celebration Mass and service will be Friday, Sept. 4 at 10:30 a.m.
St. Isaac Jogues; 4301 S. Chickasaw Trail, Orlando, FL 32829. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
