Dr. Pablo Agcanas, Jr.

Dr. Pablo "Jun" Agcanas, Jr., age 68, was called to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 13, 2008. Jun was born on April 9, 1940 and raised in Alabang, Philippines. Jun was a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in veterinary medicine. He came to the United States in 1968 and settled in West Virginia with his beloved wife, Cristina, and his two daughters, Aissa and Catherine. He worked for USDA as a Veterinary Medical Officer. He retired and moved to Florida in 1995. Jun enjoyed many things in his lifetime; gardening, golfing, fishing, tennis, and of course spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Cristina, by his two sisters Lydia and Delia, by his brother, Jose, by his daughters, Aissa and Catherine, by his grandchildren, Joseph Paul and Emily and his sons-in-law, Keith Martin and Joe Savilla. The visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando between 5-9PM. The funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Orlando at 1PM Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
