Raymond Menard was a very loved and respected man that inspired so many with his determination and strength.
Raymond was battling with Parkinson's Disease for over 20 years, making him one of the few who surpasses the life expectancy for a Parkinson's patient. This was thanks to his devotion on following a strict regimen of stretches and workouts for many years until his last moments, as well as thanks to his friends, doctors and nurses. Also thanks to the unconditional love and support received from his wife. "Love is the most powerful force on earth." "Love is truly miraculous."

Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters; Hally Torres, Tracy Coppola, and Danielle Menard; four grandchildren; his younger brother, Robert Menard; and younger sister, Dorothy Menard. He was preceded in death by his older brother, Alfred Menard.

Raymond Menard died peacefully at his home on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 7:25 p.m. The day before his passing, he received the Lord in his life and heart in a very inspiring demonstration of love and acceptance, and now he is sitting at His table, able to eat from the banquet prepared just for him.
