Dylan Ryan Hammermeister passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 22.
As Dylan would so proudly tell, the story begins in Valencia, California when he was born on January 25, 1999. His parents, Michael and DeeAna Hammermeister, already had four children – Tara, Ashley, Justin, and Cody – and instantly knew that Dylan was the perfect addition to complete their family. As the youngest brother, Dylan got to learn so much from his siblings while they all got to learn just as much from him.
If you knew Dylan, you knew that his smile, laughter, and positive attitude were always guaranteed. Like a true California native, Dylan always went with the flow and found happiness in every situation. He had a passion for cars, video games, and travel – his eyes would light up when he'd talk to you about them and even if you weren't interested before, you would be after. If you ever needed advice or someone to talk to, Dylan would always be there and make you feel heard. Although he was only 22, Dylan had so much wisdom to give. Not only was he wise, but Dylan was absolutely hilarious. His friends and family would be the first to tell you that his sense of humor was (and forever will be) unmatched – he always had the best comebacks that would hit in perfect comedic timing. To simply put it, Dylan was a phenomenal person that we were all so lucky to have known.
We will carry a piece of Dylan with us all forever. We will remember the joy, the laughs, and his absolute love for his life, family, friends, and beloved dog Bella. He made a difference in all of the lives he touched. We love you, Dylan.

We invite you to join us and celebrate his life together. The memorial will take place on Sunday, March 7th from 12pm-3pm at Avalon Park Pavilion. (13401 Tanja King Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828)
