Eduardo is survived by his sisters, Elda Ines Payne and Eyda Sanchez Soto; nephews, Victor Payne, Luis Payne, Jose Payne and Guillermo Paynem nieces, Patty Payne, Lydia Sanchez L and Lizbeth Sanchez.
