Elba Ocasio Principe, age 84, of Winter Springs , FL. Passed away on Tuesday February 11, 2025. She was born February 28 1940, in Arecibo , PR. She moved to Florida in 1991.

Our beloved mother and grandmother Elba was a kind and loving woman. She loved spending time with her family and seeing all of us happy together. She could light up a room with her bubbly personality and comedic nature. Elba loved to talk about her stories when she was younger and her forever love her passed husband Rodolfo. She spent her life enjoying taking care of her children and grandchildren, cooking and gardening. Elba was always teaching us about God and taught us to always put him first and make him part of every decision we make. Our time together on this Earth has passed, but your memory is etched in our hearts eternally. The moments we shared as a family remain integral parts of our souls. We love and miss you so much, and we thank you for all the love you gave us and everything you taught us. 

Wife of the late Rodolfo Valentine Rico. She leaves behind 6 children; Sarina D, Elba E., Rodolfo, Lizbelle (Lizy), Katie A. , and Ketie A. Valentine Ocasio. She leaves 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
