He is survived by his parents, Kathryn Frances Lewinski and Thomas Wayne Lewinski, II; sisters, Brookelynn Skelly, Haylee Jean Skelly, Sabrina Francis Lewinski, brother, Tristan Thomas Lewinski; grandmother, Carol Jean Skelly, grandfather, Gerald Alvin Skelly; grandmother, Shari Lee Isaac, grandfather, Thomas Wayne Lewinski; great-grandparent, Myrtle Pavalak, great-grandparent, Casimer Lewinski, great-grandparent, Ilene Schniederwind, great-grandparent, Loren Schniederwind.
