Else Rakel Webb of Orlando Florida, joined our Lord and Savior in heaven, Wednesday, March 31, 2021.


Else was born on March 4, 1941, in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn NY. She was the eldest daughter to Norwegian, parents Johannes Malvin Bruntvedt and Rakel Kristine (Moen) Bruntvedt. Her siblings include Ruth Friebohle, Malvin Bruntvedt, and distant siblings Kjell Peterson, Mary Lyngar and Karin Lyngar.
Else was a gifted musician playing, guitar, violin and piano. In her youth, she earned a scholarship to the prestigious Juilliard Academy of Performing Arts in New York City.Else married young and began her family of, four girls and one boy: Delphine, (Dale) Hyde, Kristine, (Roger) Lucas, Yvette (Jim) Goodman, Lisa Pirillo (Larry Katz) and Gus, (Lucinda) Perel. Else was also stepmother to August Pirillo Jr., Todd Webb, Don Webb, and Phil Webb.
Else moved to Florida in the early 1970's and was accomplished in several careers within her lifetime. She became a licensed Beautician, a Deputy Sheriff, a Real Estate Agent, a Banquet Server, a Guide for Mears, a YMCA Child Care Provider, a Hospital Dispatcher, and a Professional Nanny. Else also spoke five languages and was a translator for the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Else's passions were crocheting blankets for her friends and loved ones and, spending time with her cherished family and fur babies. Else is survived by her siblings, five children, two stepchildren, eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews. Else left a lasting impression on everyone she touched and will be remembered for her love, beauty, kindness, and passion for life. She will be dearly missed by her adoring friends and family.

Celebration of Life & Love

Church Service will be held Saturday, April 24th 11:00 am, at Waterstone Church, 900 North St. Longwood, Florida 32750.
After the service there will be a lunch reception. (Location information can be obtained at the church).
Memorials: Flowers may be sent to Waterstone Church.
Donations can be made to either of these wonderful charities in Else's name: the ASPCA or The Harbor House of Central Florida.
