She is survived by her husband, Thomas C. Fowler; daughter, Deborah Humphries; sons, Danny Ray Partin, Harry Melton Fowler; daughter, Karen Dorlene Hill; sons, Richard Glen Fowler, Julius Riley Fowler; brother, Fred Partin; sister, Estelle Holden; 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM in the Newcomer Family Funeral Home East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL, and on Friday, July 30, 2004 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the Smith Funeral Home, 600 Pea Ridge Road, Moncure, NC. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 31, 2004, in the New Elam Church Cemetery, Moncure, NC.
