Elzie Harlow, Jr.

Elzie Harlow, Jr., age 80, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at AdventHealth Hospital Orlando.
Elzie was born on July 16, 1940 in Wilson, AR, son of the late Elzie and Leona (Smith) Harlow. From 1962 to 1968, he honorably served his country as a Staff Sergeant of the United States Army National Guard. On December 16, 1961, he married the former JoAnne Waldrop. Elzie was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service in Jackson, MS for 30 years before he retired.
Elzie is survived by his wife of 59 years, JoAnne Harlow of Orlando; his daughter, Julie Singleton and her husband, Tom, of Orlando; two grandchildren, Ashley Singleton, and Allison Singleton.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service will be celebrated 2 pm, December 7, at Chapel Hill, 2400 Harrell Rd, Orlando.
