Emilio Del Valle, age 73, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Advent Health Orlando Hospital at 4:43 pm.
Emilio was born on August 4, 1946 in San Lorenzo, PR, son of the late Tomas Del Valle and Juana Ramos. He retired over ten years ago as a machine operator in manufacturing in the Chicago area. He then moved to Orlando, Florida in 2014.
Emilio enjoyed family gatherings, a passion for playing a game of dominoes, enjoyed listening to and singing Spanish music, and sitting on a chair at the edge of the garage watching family and friends walk by. He was loved by many and was known to joke and laugh for all to see. Emilio will be surely missed, but not forgotten; for he will be embedded into all of our hearts.
Emilio is survived by his loving wife, Luz M. Del Valle; his son, Jose A. Del Valle, of Crystal Lake, IL; three daughters, Nereida Diaz, and her husband, Sebastian, of Plainfield, IL, Maria D. Torres and her husband, Luis, of Romeoville, IL, and Minerva Del Valle of Chicago; fourteen grandchildren, Joshua A. Rivera, Jonathan N. Del Valle, Nelson S. Diaz, Julian Torres, Stephanie Torres, Daniel Rivera, Christian S. Diaz, Matthew D. Rivera, Jasmin D. Torres, Janessa Diaz, Julia M. Del Valle, Elizabeth P. Del Valle, Stephanie M. Del Valle, and Steven A. Del Valle; ten great-grandchildren, Liliana Rivera, Marcelo Rivera, Aaliyah I. Torres, Jaylen N. Torres, Sariayah D. Torres, Joseph I. Parks, Evelyn Rivera, Edxael I. Rivera, Elena Rivera, Steven A. Del Valle, Jr.; a sister, Ana Garcia; and five brothers, Eduardo Del Valle, Julio Del Valle, Feliciano Del Valle, Emiliano Del Valle, and Antonio Del Valle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Carmen Lorenzo.
Funeral Services are Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, with Deacon Pedro Laboy, officiating.
Visitation is Monday, March 23 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
