He is preceded in death by his parents, mother, Petra Martinez, father, Julio Ortiz. He is survived by wife, Nora Ortiz, son, Angel Ortiz, son, Enrique Javier Ortiz, son, Enrique David Ortiz, son, Julio Ortiz, daughter, Monica Ortiz, sister, Ada Ortiz.
Inurnment will take place at a later date at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
