She served for many years at Delaney Street Baptist Church in the choir teaching Sunday School and served on the Banquet Committee for close to 20 years. Gene and Evelyn have been members at First Baptist Church in Orlando and there they served on the choir and especially looked forward to participating in the Singing Christmas Trees each year. Many friends and family will deeply miss Evelyn; however, we find great comfort
and peace in knowing that she is singing amongst the angels in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Viewing on Friday, September 9th, 8:30-9:30AM followed by Graveside service at 10AM at Greenwood Cemetery. Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd.
