Mrs. Evelyn Maria Rodriguez, 62, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Orlando, Florida. Evelyn was born on April 28, 1954 in Santurce, Puerto Rico to parents Thomas Diaz and Guadalupe Maria Diaz.
After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School, Evelyn went on to build a long career as a Nurse's Aid. Beyond that, she was of course a dedicated mother and homemaker.
She is survived by her three sons, Ruben Rodriguez Jr., Jose A. Rodriguez, and Alexander Rodriguez as well as a host of other family members and friends.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Rodriguez, who passed away in March of 2015.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando. The funeral service will follow at 5:00 PM.
