Evelyn Simpson

Evelyn Layne Simpson, treasured infant-daughter of Brandon & Claire Simpson, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Friday, August 27, 2021. Being her parents was one of the greatest privileges and blessings they have ever known. Evie brought much joy to all who met her during the cherished 252 days of her life.



In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving sister, Emerson Simpson; Her grandparents and Great Grandparents: Chris & Mary Herndon, Billy & Rose Simpson, Arline Jackson, Ray & Jean Herndon, and Jim & Jane Ferebee; Her uncle and aunts: Charlie Herndon, Chloe Bishop, and Ashley Howell. Evie gave us a lifetime of love in her short time on earth and will be greatly missed by the many who loved her. The family would like to extend specific gratitude to Evie's care team of amazing doctors, the staff of Arnold & Winnie Palmer Hospital (NICU & PICU Teams), as well as her personal team of heroes- including Nurse Jordan and Nurse Genesis.



A private, family service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, September 4th, 2021 in Orlando, FL.
