Florence Joan Petersen, age 82 of Orlando, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2005. She was born to David Denker and Bertha Weiss on August 22, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York. Mrs. Petersen was preceded in death by her husband Fred H. Petersen. She is survived by her son Brian Petersen, and her brothers Larry Denker and Norman Denker. A memorial service for Mrs. Petersen will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2005 at 5:00PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, East Orlando.
