Frances is survived by her children: Bill Mullens (Sam), Gene Mullens (Linda), Tim Mullens (Cathy), Paul Mullens (Maureen), Margaret Peters (Carl), Susan Mitchell (Chuck), Jim Mullens, Linda Seaman(Ed), John Considder, and Nancy Siedner (Bruce). Grandchildren, great grand children, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Her Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday May 21 @ 11:00am in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the church.
