He is survived by his girlfriend, Tipaya Fenster; daughter, Loren M Okuda; son, Mark J. Okuda; son-in-law, Clay C. Ballard; grandson, Bret K. Okuda; sister, Gearldine C. Okuda and brother, Gilbert S. Okuda.
