Franklin Robert Johnston

Franklin Robert Johnston, age 87 of Orlando, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2006. He was born to Frank Johnston and Marie Louise Tougaw on December 16, 1918 in Vincennes, Indiana. Mr. Johnston was a veteran of the US Army, having served in World War II. He was retired from the automotive industry where he worked as a spray painter. He is survived by his children Clara Beatty, Helen Kirkland, Janet Hodges, Robert Johnston and Christine Patrick. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a brother, Louis Johnston. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2006 from 10AM-12PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, East Orlando. Funeral services will begin at 12PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Park Cemetery, Lake Mary.
