Frederick (Fred) Harold Weck went home to be with the Lord Jesus on January 17th 2022 at the age of 90. He was surrounded at the time with his family who were all a part of his long and active life.

Fred was born to Karl and Charlotte Weck (deceased) on March 22, 1931 in Newark, New Jersey. He was predeceased by one brother Edgar Weck.

He grew up in Union, New Jersey and as a child enjoyed baseball and playing his accordion. As a young adult he attended Seton Hall and graduated with a B.A. He was a pitcher for Seton Halls Baseball team and during this time he also played accordion in a trio for events. It was during this time that Fred met the predeceased Eleanor, fell in love and married on September 5th 1954. They were married 49 years. Fred is survived by two children Chris and Douglas and was blessed with ten grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Fred and Sandy would have been celebrating their 10th Anniversary in May of this year. They both attended St. Andrews Chapel and belonged to many ministries there. Fred's heart for the spreading of the Gospel of Christ was ever present, he shared his faith with all that he came in contact with. All that knew him will surely miss his positive and vibrant love for life and for the Lord.
