Frederick Fay Stanley, age 83, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Fred was born on September 25, 1925 in St. Albans, Vermont.
Fred is survived by his loving wife, Vanda Eliza Stanley; son, David Roger Stanley (Michelle); son, Neil Christopher Stanley; grandson, Augustine Stanley; brother, John Ovitt Stanley; sister, Patricia Thomas (Gary); beloved companion, Buddy; and many friends, all who will miss him greatly.
