He is survived by Wife, Sharon M. Phillips, Father, Sammy Joe Locklear, Daughter, C.J. Locklear, son, Chase Locklear, Sister, Valerie Cantrell, Brother, Larry Locklear, and step-sons Matthew Phillips and Kevin Rodriguez.
A memorial service will be held noon, May 29th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Orlando Chapel, 895 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822.
