George A. King

George Albert King was born on June 10, 1933 to Simon and Edith King in Dansville, NY. George completed High school and spent xx years in US Army, Infantry Division. During his years in the service, George earned his Electronics certification. Following his years in the military, George held several jobs to include Cable Engineer. George spent his life serving others and doing whatever possible to make life better for those he loved. George served in the ministry to the sick for All Souls Catholic Church, Sanford, Florida until his own health prohibited from being able to perform those duties. He sorrowfully resigned from that official post; however, he never stopped finding ways to serve others. In his final days, George was energetic, loving, caring and demonstrated a new lease on life. There was nothing he not was willing to do all the way to his final departure on Friday, August 15, 2014.

George leaves to celebrate his life and mourn his passing his loving wife and best friend, Patricia King – Deltona, FL; one sister, Doris (Ralph) Adams – Poughkeepsie, NY; one step-son, Dirk Wyatt – Rochester, NY; four sisters'-in-law: Mary Wyatt – Rochester, NY, Hazel Wyatt – Rochester, NY, Clara (Patrick) Warfield – Rochester, NY, Donna Wyatt – Tifton, Georgia; two brothers'-in-law: Walter Wyatt – Rochester, NY, Gerald (Wendi) Wyatt – Columbus, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
