George W. Hess, age 79, of Orlando, FL passed away Thursday December 24, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kay Hess; brothers-in-law, Leonard Witter, Frank Witter, and Richard Howley; sister-in-law, Peg Spaulding; and many nieces and nephews.
George served in the US Army for 10 years and then later worked at GE in Erie, PA. In 1972 he and his wife moved to Orlando where he worked as a purchasing agent for Correct Craft and later at Lockheed Martin. He retired in 1998 and then he took care of all household chores while his wife continued to work.
A memorial service is Thursday December 31, 2015 starting at 2:30pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
