He was born on May 1, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York to Angelo Mirabal and Germoita Rivera who have both preceded him in death. George was a Veteran of the United States Army and retired as a computer programmer. He was of the Catholic Faith.
He is survived by his son, Richard J. Mirabal and brother, Charles Mirabal.
