George R. Clark

George Remington Clark, age 82 of St. Cloud, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2005. He was born to Walter Fowler Clark and Ethel Mae Herbison on February 22, 1923 in Greece, New York. Mr. Clark was a retired carpenter in the furniture industry as well as a decorated veteran, having served his country in World War II. Mr. Clark is survived by his wife Jeanne; his daughters Beverlee Lewis and Cathy Richard; grandchildren Steven Lewis, Daniel Lewis, Marcus Neff, and Elizabeth Lewis; a great-granddaughter Ashleigh Lewis; his sister, Carolyn Clark; a nephew Jimmy Engerbretsen; and a son-in-law, Jimmy Lewis. A memorial service for George Clark will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, East Orlando. The VFW Post# 4287 will officiate. A reception will follow at the VFW Post# 4287, 3500 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
