George Santiago, age 91, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020 at his residence. He was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico on April 10, 1929 to parents Victoriano and Matilde (Font) Santiago.
He is survived by his wife Miriam Santiago, sons, George Santiago, Jr., Michael Santiago; step-son, Andis Tamayo; brothers, Baldomero Santiago, Andres Santiago, Salvador Santiago, Antonio Santiago, Juan Santiago, Gil Santiago, Santiago Santiago; sisters, Mona Thompson, Ana Rodriguez, Vicky Sonde, Haydee Santiago. He was predeceased by his daughters, Jeanette Nelson and Catherine Coosch.
A visitation will be held from 6PM-9PM, Thursday October 15 at Tabernaculo de la Fe, Orlando. Graveside services with military honors will be held Friday, October 16 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims.
