George W. Tischler, Jr., age 79, of Orlando, FL passed away on September 1, 2021. He was born on July 7, 1942 in West Wyoming, PA. George was the owner of Metro Paving and Development for 35 years before he retired. He was a longtime and faithful member of Christ Church of Orlando. George was a very caring man and taking care of his family was an important part of his life. He also loved spending time with his dog, Sam. George is survived by his loving wife, Leslie Tischler; his 5 children; his sisters Betty and Mary; his 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Services for George will be Saturday, October 9 at Christ Church of Orlando 2200 S. Orange Ave., Orlando. FL. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM with the service to begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Gotha, FL.
