Gerald Anthony White, 70, of Orlando, passed away on May 12, 2013 at Hospice of the Comforter. He was born on November 14, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan.
Gerald served as a Master Sargeant in the United States Army for 22 years including one tour in Vietnam. After leaving the military he worked at the Orange County Sheriff's office until his retirement in 2000. He was married to his loving wife Helga for 49 years and lived in Orlando, Florida. He had 3 children.
Gerald was preceded in death by Mother, Josephine Mary Voss and Father, Wesley John White. He is survived by his wife Helga, three Sons - Norman White (Brad), Kenneth White, Steven White; three Grandsons - Zachary White, Austin White, Tyler White, and his Brother - Dennis White.
A Memorial Service Honoring Gerald's life will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013, 2:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando, Florida. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 to 2:00PM.
