Justice, Gerald T., age 68 of Orlando, passed away Monday, November 29. Originally from Covington, KY, Mr. Justice was born to the late Charles Justice and Gertrude Lawrence Justice on April 27, 1942. He served eight years in the US Air Force during the 1960's. It was during that time that he also served as Assistant Crew Chief on Air Force One for President Lyndon Johnson.
When Mr. Justice left the Air Force, he entered what would become a long career in Law Enforcement. He retired from the Orange County Sheriff's Office and then served with the Winter Springs Police Department. He also worked as private investigator for Workman's Compensation and the Department of Children and Families.
Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Justice. He is survived by his wife Helen Justice; son, Gerald Thomas Justice, Jr.; daughter, Tina Griswold; sons, Michael, Robert and Rodney Justice; five step-children; brothers, Kenneth Justice and James Justice; sister, Marcia Lee; 33 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6PM-9PM, Friday, December 3 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 4, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1515 S. Semoran Blvd., Orlando. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 553 Ashmoor Ave., Bowling Green, KY 42101.
