Gladys Mae Kennedy, 85 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014.
Gladys was born on December 1, 1928 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania to Emerson and Doris Fisher who have both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her partner of more than 50 years, Aida Mendez and her son, Daniel L. Kennedy. She was a retired master chef and worked for many years at Sheiks Lounge in Orlando. She was also the first female plumber at Walt Disney World Resorts. Gladys enjoyed the outdoors and loved fishing. She had a special love for her family and will be sadly missed.
Gladys is survived by her daughter, Valery Mae Bryant; son, David A. Kennedy, sister, Phyllis Prudhome; grandchildren, Chad, Todd, John, Andrea, Melissa, Kyle and many great grandchildren.
