Glennon Richard Clinton, age 69, of Orlando, FL, passed away peacefully in his home on October 28, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. Glen was born on June 24, 1954 to parents Richard Glennon Clinton and Doris Catherine McClain.
Glen is survived by his father Richard, his sisters Dena and Amy, his son Eric, his daughters Erin and Bailey, and grandsons Aiden, Kellen, and Finneas.
Glen was proceeded in death by his mother Doris.
Glen loved his work in the hospitality industry where he worked for: ITT Sheraton Corporation in St. Louis, Seattle, Washington D.C., Lake Buena Vista, and Bal Harbor; Carnival Hotels in New York City and Miami; owner and operator of Plaza Cristal Suites Hotel in San Pedro Sula, Honduras; Starwood Vacation Ownership in Tarpon Springs, Orlando and Palm Desert; Welk Resorts entire profile including Cabo San Lucas, Branson, Breckenridge and others, and Marriott Vacation Ownership.
Glen spent his free time with his children and grandchildren, his dog Guapo, traveling, cooking, reading, and attending concert and sporting events. Glen was passionate about politics, automobiles, and life.

With the heaviest of hearts, we share the news of the passing of our father, Glennon Richard Clinton. After a long battle with cancer, Glen has peacefully transitioned to his eternal life in heaven. In his final days, our Dad was surrounded by his loved ones including all three of his children, his three grandchildren, and Guapo.
In life, Glen taught us that each day was a great day to be alive. None of us know someone who lived life to the fullest like our father. He has inspired us to keep going no matter what because that is what he did each and every day. Our Dad always wanted the best and taught us to never settle. His fight and determination was unmatched and we know that when we are feeling low, that he will be there with us each step of the way.
We will miss him more than words can describe. But we know that death is not the end and that our hearts will be filled with his love and memory on this earth.
