Greta Rose "Molly" Tully, age 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 15, 2016. She was born on May 26, 1938 in Kingston, Jamaica to the late Gladston Fraser and Catherine Stewart.
She is survived by her husband, Winston Tully to whom she was married for over fifty-six years, her son Devon Tully, her daughter Trudy Bailey-Tully who is married to Derrick Bailey and her youngest son Nigel Tully and his wife Adelina. She will also be lovingly remembered by her four grandchildren; Nichelle Bailey, Natalie Bailey, Malachi Tully and Rueben Tully. Greta is also survived by her two sisters, Faye Fraser, Eva Birch and her husband Morris Birch as well as their son Peter Birch.
It is notable to mention that Greta lived in four different countries during the 78 years she shared with us. Her journey began when she first moved from Jamaica to London, England in 1962 at the age of 24 to further her education and establish a family with her husband Winston. Her family eventually moved from London in 1975 to the west coast of Canada, specifically the City of Edmonton in the province of Alberta, where she remained until 1996 at which time she emigrated to the United States City of Livermore near the southern wine valley region of California. Greta finally moved east to Orlando, Florida in 2002 to be closer to family and friends living on the east coast. Here she remained until her passing on September 15, 2016.
She will most certainly be missed by a long list of family and a multitude of personal friends as well as members of the church and acquaintances within the local community.
Her funeral service will occur between 1:00 – 4:00pm on October 1, 2016.
